Karen Franczyk has started working for Whole Foods Market in 2006 as Store Team Leader. At the time, she owned The Big Red Barn, an organic farm which she sold in 2009 to Whole Foods. After nearly 8 years working as Store Team Leader, she has become Green Mission Coordinator for the North Atlantic region. Her main responsibilities consist in working on sustainability initiatives including packaging, energy reduction and waste diversion campaigns.
