2030 AD Dream: the future that awaits us in the city of Glasgow, ready to host the COP26
Market and policy
What will the world look like in 10 years’ time? Can we really expect a more sustainable future?
In Richard Gueterbock’s AD Dream, set in the Glasgow of 2030, dreams seem to have come true: the air is lighter, vehicles running on fossil fuel have been banned, buses and trucks are powered by biomethane, and taxis and trams are electric. There are priority lanes for electric bicycles and scooters, restaurants and bars recycle their organic waste in local biogas plants, there are large green spaces everywhere and the Covid-19 pandemic has been long forgotten.
An ideal world, but not so impossible to attain. So how can we get there? What role can biogas play in all of this? Let’s find out in this Web Talk with Richard Gueterbock!
