Denmark, like other countries in Europe, also aims to achieve an independent gas supply. This goal can be achieved thanks to biogas and biomethane, which to date already constitute 25% of the gas in the network! To increase this percentage, however, some obstacles need to be overcome, including accelerating the system of active tenders, to enable faster construction of the plants and the elimination of the CO2 tax, which weakens the value of renewable gas.
