Tenders for biogas installations in Germany: how to calculate the right offer price

The second round of tenders for biogas installations was recently closed in Germany. This second round generated more interest than the first one, but did not reach the envisaged participation. This is probably due to the maximum bid limit and to certain bureaucratic requirements which are only economically advantageous for a small percentage of the existing plants. How can operators overcome these challenges and calculate the right offer price? The answer is in this interview.
