ABOUT BIOMETHANE
Biomethane is a renewable, clean and sustainable methane gas obtained by putting biogas through a purification (upgrading) process. Biomethane can have various end-uses: it can be used as an alternative fuel for transport vehicles, as an internal heating or cooking fuel, or it can be fed into cogeneration plants to produce high-yield electrical and thermal energy.
Biomethane is currently viewed as “the fuel of the future”, since it is extremely innovative and has a very low environmental impact.
