The various partners involved include the University of Turin which, with Professor Elio Dinuccio, is working on the project by applying some of the best practices (coverage of storage tanks, use of additives, thermal energy recovery, etc.) on a farm in the Piedmont region, already known for being very cutting-edge when it comes to the circular economy.
