Livestock farmers in Germany under the new EEG: when should you install a 75 kW plant?

The new EEG (Renewable Energy Act) in Germany provides for 23.1 Euro cents for biogas plants up to 75 kW in which 80% is powered by manure. But when is it worthwhile installing a plant of this type? There are various factors to take into consideration, as explained by Jörg Messner, the Minister for Rural Affairs of the area of Baden-Württemberg.
